Refund Policy

We want PropertySiteCheck to be useful, and we're glad to refund purchases that didn't deliver. Below is what we do for each plan. If your situation isn't covered here, email support@propertysitecheck.com and we'll figure it out together.

Single Reports ($49)

We refund single reports in any of the following cases:

  • Report failed to generate. If our system did not deliver a PDF, contact us and we will refund automatically.
  • Address outside Michigan. Our screening is currently Michigan-only. If you accidentally purchased for an address we don't cover, we'll refund.
  • Within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked.

Refunds typically post to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5-Pack Bundle ($179)

  • Unused bundles within 30 days are fully refundable. If you haven't redeemed any of the 5 credits, we'll refund the full $179.
  • Partially used bundles within 30 days are refundable on a prorated basis: we deduct $49 (the single-report price) per credit you've already redeemed and refund the remainder.
  • Bundles credits never expire, so there's no urgency to use them. We don't refund unused credits beyond 30 days, but you can redeem them whenever.

Pro Monthly ($99/month)

  • Cancel any time from your account dashboard via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through that period.
  • We do not refund the current month after cancellation. You retain your remaining report allowance for the rest of the billing period.
  • If you canceled by mistake or were billed during a service outage, contact us and we'll handle it case-by-case.

Pro Annual ($990/year)

  • 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 30 days of the annual subscription, we'll refund the full $990 minus $49 per report you've already generated.
  • After 30 days, the annual subscription is non-refundable for the current year. Cancellation prevents auto-renewal at the end of the year — you keep access and your remaining report allowance through the paid period.

How to request a refund

Email support@propertysitecheck.com with the email address used at checkout and a brief description of your situation. We aim to respond within one business day. For faster processing, please include the date of purchase or your Stripe receipt.

Disputes

We'd much rather hear from you directly than receive a chargeback. If you have any concern about a charge, please email us first — we'll resolve it quickly. Chargebacks initiated through your bank without contacting us first may result in account suspension under our Terms of Service.
